YNWA

$88...

might seem quite a big amount of money to spend on something, especially for a student like myself.

$88...

you can use that as a week's pocket money, or buy a new wallet/bag, or go to some fancy restaurant to have a sumptuous meal.

But for me,

and many others

This was perhaps the biggest and most worth buy of our lives. To see our heroes step onto our soil and gave a wonderful performance, really just inspires us all the more. To see them in action, in the flesh of their bodies was just..indescribable...that's about the only word that would suit our feelings as we saw Torres, Kuyt, Benayoun, Alonso, Riera, Reina, Carragher, Agger and many of the other Liverpool players yesterday at the National Stadium.

will update soon...coz now ill have to sink back into the real world of projects and deadlines.

but I am not alone~

.

I finally went for an operation that was way over due. And that was to remove my ingrown toenail (left foot, big toe).

And I would say that it was much better than the last time, as 2 years ago, even though local anesthetic (LA) was administered, it still hurt like hell when the doctor just yanked it out of my toe.

This time however, they just cut up the sides.....

and then...put some VERY highly alkaline solution to burn my toenail matrix at the sides, to ensure it won't grow to the side again.success rate is only 92% though...let's pray it won't get infected once again. *crosses fingers*

At least this time I did not really feel anything when they did the whole surgical procedure, which lasted around 20 min.

and MC FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! WOOOT!!!

gladly, i can say that I can stay at home to chiong my school projects, most of which are due within this week and next monday.

oh who the hell am I kidding, there's always dota and Blackshot to keep me distracted for the next 3 days or so anyway, and of course catching up on my sleep.

,

Lots of stuff have been happening lately...to say the least, projects are due...
friends falling sick, with new responsibilities thrust onto my shoulders....I seriously do not know what to make of all this...

Although it can get worse, I shall remain optimistic, coz I know that all this shall come to pass.
and things will pick up...

keep smiling. :)

Those days

Just one of those days when you just had one, single negative event to spoil your whole day.

Take for example, you just boarded a certain bus 15 and you are on your way to Temasek Poly, taking a much-needed nap in the bus in the duration of the journey.

All of a sudden, you see something pretty rare, 2 bus captains board the bus and they begin their usual round of checking the ez-link cards of the commuters.

Coming to you, they scan your card twice and inform you that you did not tap your card. You reply "I used cash to pay"

Surrendering your ticket, they check it and they say:"Under the Public Transport Act, you have committed an offence of underpaying a fare ticket, and you are subject to $20 penalty"

You stare in disbelief as this has not happened before. You took comfort in the fact that the bus driver always lets you through when you slot in a dollar coin. Nothing more.

Infuriated and frustrated, you reluctantly hand in two 10 dollar notes, therefore depriving you of 2 day's allowance.

As if that was not bad enough, they DO NOT CHECK THE OTHER COMMUTERS, and the bus just so happens to pass by a bus stop, with a guy's t-shirt proclaiming ever so conspicuously "TODAY IS MY LUCKY DAY"

can someone tell me how to post on FMyLife?

Formula Drift 2009

IT WAS AWESOME SHIT!

and thankfully much better than last year's.

All of us there were treated to a spectecular afternoon of tire-burning, adralenine-rushing drifting by drivers from the asia pacific region...

despite the rain, the competition still carried on throughout.
