Army Life....hmm..

School was pretty slack other than the fact that Mr Lak paid a visit to our class and caned people who did not bring their social studies textbook.

I had initial plans to skip the excursion to the SAF Selarang camp, and luckily I did not.

I learnt quite a lot today about the latest weapons and military strength of our SAF

We were led to the exhibition hall, where a very large arsenal of weapons were displayed.

Most notable of which was the SAR 21 which our infantry unit are currently using.

With a 30 clip round, 1.5X scope, and detacheble laser point, this 4.5 kg gun is a great weapon for basic infantry unit. The gun also boasts a fire rate of 100 bpm

Also other weapons were on display like the Ultimax 100 Light Machine Gun. It weighs a manageble 8kg WITHOUT THE 200 CLIP ROUND so it might weigh about 10 kg...still can la...

This infantry support gun boasts a freaking 200 RPM (rapid fire) fire rate and optional Armour Piercing bullets.

The officer In charge of the gun told me that with my size I might have the honour of arming myself with this as my primary weapon..woot...


Then there were others too, like the 2 anti armour weapons, one was a short range anti armour which weighed about 11 kg, and one was the damn heavy one which weighed about 16 kg, WITHOUT THE AMMO ITSELF...LIKE WTF???? ok..that one I REALLY cannot coz my shoulder was ACHING like mad after carrying it for like wat? 10 seconds?


One that also caught my attention was this gun, modeled after the SAR 21.

This gun, is designed for recon teams and urban battles. It has a hell lot of functions. The gun had the ability of taking pictures using its built in camera, and using the remote control the size of a walkie talkie, he can radio the information to the HQ by pinpointing enemy locations through the map and screen which were stored in a device attached to the soldier's helmet the size of a AA battery, and call in for back up, all within 30 seconds...


THIS, IS TECHNOLOGY REDEFINED...

I woke up like damn early today just to prepare for confirmation class. Dad gave me a lift to church.

I saw 3 of the 5 YFs : Ralph, Eunice, Sabrina...and the cathechists... Auntie Mila briefed me on what to say concerning the slides she prepared.

Con class came, Aaron was down with a bad headache. So me and Ryan Koh had to present to the class. It was seriously damn frustrating as they kept making noise, as expected from children, so I guess nothing much went in their heads....and I have to prepare a quiz for them some more...

Went to mac's again....the feeling of deja vu.............Met Mel, Sharon and Roderick...who looked so damned stoned....very very stoned I was freaking out...his face was damn red....

After mass, I saw Oli, she suggested going out with dinner...But dad was waiting, so I had to leave her....felt so guilty that she waited for me the whole mass, and yet i could not join her......:'(

Maybe should be like my sis, occasionally go out with friends after mass...HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!

IMH visit

Woke up pretty early today and I got an earful from my dad to clean up the table which I totally refused to do. Ate his quick breakfast and rushed down to LAN, telling him I had to report to school early.

Was pretty surprised when I saw Shawn Huang with Charles and Parkway Mac's, apparently he was gonna join us with Joshua. Today's DotA games were considerably quite ok despite the fact that I lost both games, 1st due to the proness of others during the 3v3 match, and my inability to use Shadow Priest...Charles kept KS-ing the shit out of Shawn Huang with his miserable protests..............


I drank a can of Lemon Tea too fast and as a result I had to diarrohea in a place of God: OLPS..

Dunno why I was so thirsty today and I bought another can drink...Me, Charles, Joshua and Brother hopped onto another person's car to go to Woodbridge...

Being the young guys there we helped them carry the stuff, which included snacks and food like "super ring" (uber old snack =.=) and like 150 packets of chicken rice....

Before we entered the ward, I seriously felt like the situation I was in was like House of the Dead 4 when...I was outisde the doors and everyone was crowding around the doors...

We were led to the kitchen to unpack the chicken rice and serve them to the people....I realised that many of them were quite sane, more like old folks rather than mental patients.

We spent one hour there (CIP FTW) before we went back to OLPS... we attened novena together before i met Sharon and Oli...hee....

Sharon wanted to get his V Day present for Roderick, at Great World so we took shuttle bus from City Hall...

The shop was called Archangel, she bought some cookies which costed abt $20 (see rod, how much your girlfriend loves you so much she go all the way to Great World and spend $20 just for you) ( oh and sharon, dun worry coz rod does not read my blog...heheheheh)


I was uber thirsty so I bought a Medium Passion Fruit from Auntie Anne's and drank it down...

We played arcade at Timezone, and I still could not win that FREAKING **************** Sony Walkman Phone....grrrr....got totally onwed at DDR Paranoia X1.5......=.= shame on me man..............we took a potrait shot before we left...

Ate at Food Junction...Oli was feeling a little rich so she bought steak. I ate curry mee and Sharon ate Fish with rice.....

Oh, and I saw Father Tou in Cold Storage at the liquor section...hmm i wonder why??>..


I went home after that....bus took so F****** long to come and there was major traffic jam at Orchard Area....dotz.....

Haha, anyway , Me, Darryl, Mark, Furtado and Terence went to celebrate at Gamers (=.= dun really like that place) Played games like, Battlefield 2, Dota, and Unreal Tournament...damn nice game...Unreal.....very fast paced, for those of you who played Quake 3 before you will know what i mean.

Then we went for dinner at the Coffee Shop nearby.....

I went back at around 9pm.......and nobody's home....hmm...wonder where they all went???


HAHA..NOW IM THAT I AM SO BLOODY HIGH.........IM JUST GONNA USE COM UNTIL SO DAMN FREAKING LATE!

oh..btw...poor Roderick has Scouts camp..........awwww...so sad............have fun with your pajigwad brothers still sunday...lol


But tomorrow Legion got IMH visit..so must mentally prepare myself and take on my responsibilities tomorrow...

And today i also trained Mark and Joshua for lectors..As for the servers I only told Maximillian to do bell and just guided him on the procession which took less then a minute, because Christopher Santa Maria decided to absent himself after constantly reminding him, I could not train the altarservers (him and Max) properly........grrrr...hes gonna get it from me when Monday comes......


The overall passes for O Level in SPS was quite above the National Average, but there were still people who did not do well.


I sincerely offer my deepest condolences. I know you all have tried your best but was not still enough...Know that no matter what happens God will always be with you, supporting through the most difficult times of your life...

What is done is done, give yourself a chance and fight back, don't ever look back at this incident...


I guess I better spend more time consoling others instead of just celebrating with all my friends who did well...

I really had a hard time at school today as I had diarrohea straight after my prefect duty, much to the displeasure of Mdm Pang as I had to miss one period of DNT....God, why the fuck did i even take the stupid dumb subject in the freaking 1st place =.="


School went on as usual...and YES!!!!! finally managed to get my school long pants...duh.....i have been wearing my own tailored pants ever since day 1....:D had to borrow money from teacher though...coz din have enuff to pay 1st

After school i went back to bathe before leaving for the airport, and i was totally irate when I called Terence who told me both Oli and Sharon were not working today after he told me that Sharon was working morning shift...

Cathechism was pretty fine today...We did studied some verses from the Bible and we got into our groups which we have to stick for the next 4 years. We also separated the groups, cathechists handed one mahjong paper to us and we were asked to write down some important places/artefacts in the church. Being the only Sec 3 and one of the 3 altarservers I was the one who actually filled up majority of the Mahjong Paper in my group :D:D:D...

Then class ended and Johnathan and I were talking before we left the room and somehow the convo got into like

The 3 of us (dad, me and greg) went for dinner at Jago. Then, 3 phillipinian people (2 gals and one guy) and played the song "perhaps" on guitar, they were raising funds for a children's home...going from table to table and playing a wide range of different songs, and they sang really well!

Greg and I donated $5 each....






By the way, the new Cze Cha stall at jago now SUCKS!

haha....after school I went to visit Royston's Legion praesidium and was a little disappointed to see only very few members there as most of the sec 1s disappeared. Jonathan was not there too...hmm.....they seriously need to do some contact work

Charles was on his way to happiness coz Nicholas and his gang invited him for his birthday party which meant LAN at Zion.....of course Charles was gonna omgwtfbbqpwnt3hnubs.........

I went to airport again..Oli came by and she passed my like....one whole stack of notes which could probably last me half a year, with all the notes she took down during her school days at SAC...after which she left with Mel to go back to her alma mater.

Terence came by to stone with me for 3 hours with only his IPod to entertain us.....

Sharon came by at about 3.45pm...talked for awhile before she left for work....and she told me that what I have now was just the tip of the iceberg compared to what she has...like 1 tenth........

haha..although it means more for me to study, but at least I know its for my own good and I know they care for me...thanks...(strangely, i do not feel appreciative if my parents were to do this for me haha,.....!)

and lucky for both Oli and Sharon is that, the overpowering slutwhore supervisor Maggie and her suck up crony a.k.a Amy was not present at Crystal Jade My Bread to ruin their day
