Shopping with 1K07

After going through a whole day of cleaning up lecture room and staff rooms, and a 2 hour-long ordeal of Communications Skills, the few of us: Kenze, Franz, Shawn, Nick, Li Hui, Shirlene, Ka Yan and myself headed down to town for a shopping spree.

After an hour's ride, we arrived at Far East Plaza, with Ka Yan taking the helm in leading the whole group of us to go see various clothings and accessories all around the mall..and embarrasingly enough, it was my 1st time there.

For starters, we all purchased one friendship band, which we all agreed to tie around our left ankle. Sold at $1 each, I chose one that did not look so girly, a red and black coloured band.

After another half an hour of aimless walking, stomachs rumbled as we all sat ourselves down at Han's

Few conversations went by as we sat down in 2 tables of 4 each. Kenze with the galz, and the rest of us...For one, I did not know Nicholas worked at Han's before, and he was explaining us how the various franchises operated, and he knew which food to recommend etc etc...and we all even talked about our O level results, our feelings, our scores and the choices that we made...

After our meal, Kenze and Shawn decided to get their "hot pants" from a shop called "Flexor" if memory serves, then we all left Far East to walk to Heeren....just taking in the atmosphere of an enjoyable friday night in the city area...Shirlene brought her camera along and we took 2 pictures at the visitor's centre area with the help of a kind lady.

Reaching Heeren, we all went to Forever 21, and were caught in surprise as we all saw Kelly with 2 of her friends there also. while waiting for the galz to look see, we all just chatted around, with all the funny shit about crotches in someone's face, lame jokes and everything else.

Then we went to HMV to go look around and I bought the 101 drama hits album....kinda regret it as i am not so impressed with instrumental versions inside of the various OST of TV drama shows...Also managed to try out the new Street Fighter 4, and I re-lived the good ol' days of my adolescent years where I would play the PS 1 for countless hours with my bro of the many variations of Capcom's street fighter games like Marvel vs Capcom...With more sophisticated graphics, the game play is just so much better.

After which we all went to look at the last few shops, before we headed down to the basement of Heeren, where I made a pleasant food discovery of a new dessert shop which specialized in HK and Taiwanese desserts, something close to my heart. Was impressed with their Mango Snow Ice, and I will definitely be back to try out the other desserts.

Filling our stomachs with sugar, we all left the Heeren, where Kenze was 1st to go coz he needed to meet his friends, then the remainder of us walked to Dhoby Ghaut and after which said our goodbyes...

Tiring, but we all had fun going out together once again as a class...and this is our 1st year...

Really think what my seniors say is true, treasure your 1st year memories, for they will be the sweetest of the 3...

Love you all, and enjoy every moment spent with you guys.

Take care and God Bless always!
